We work with communities, cooperatives, and partners to build practical skills, increase productivity, and link local producers to national markets. Our approach is grassroots, hands-on, and designed for long-term impact.
🔸 Agriculture Services (Crop Production)
What We Do:
Field-based training in:
Potato and bulb onion production
Land preparation, planting, and crop rotation
Pest control, organic fertilization, and irrigation methods
Post-harvest handling and storage training
Access to seeds, tools, and extension services
Connecting farmers to buyers and cooperatives

“Mindima Potato Project Training” – Simbu Province
Supported over 50 local farmers in improving potato yields by 60%, using climate-smart techniques and collective market negotiation.

Aguaculture Development (Fish Farming)
