The team at PNG Community Development Consultancy Services (PNG-CDCS) is a diverse and multidisciplinary group of highly skilled Papua New Guinean professionals dedicated to delivering sustainable community development solutions. Drawing from deep cultural knowledge, technical expertise, and a grassroots approach, the team is structured to handle a wide range of services—from engineering and agriculture to ICT and project management.

The organizational structure supports both field-based and technical consultancy services, ensuring that every client’s needs are met with precision, passion, and professionalism. The team works collaboratively across departments, empowering local communities and driving impactful development across Simbu and the wider Papua New Guinea.

HR Manager (Acting) - Joe Alphonse

Education: Currently Studying Bachelor of Science in Forestry, 2nd Year. Papua New Guinea University of Technology.

For timing, Joe oversee (acting);
1. Project manager – Oversees planning, execution, and delivery of all projects.
2. Human Resource Manager – Manages staffing, employee relations, and organizational policies
3. Finance Manager – Directs budgeting, accounting and Financial Compliance.
4. Secretary – Organizes internal communications, schedules, meetings, and documentation

3. ICT & Digital Services

ICT Manager & Consultant - Yame Wange

Education: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Papua New Guinea University of Technology. Certified in Network Administration & Web Development Tools

 

Summary Bio:
Yame is an innovative ICT specialist with strong credentials in software development, database systems, and digital project execution. He recently graduated at PNG University of Technology and specially  supports improved access to technology, education, and service automation in underserved communities.

ICT Technical Officer - Kevin Bomai

Education: Currently studying Bachelor of Engineering in Applied Physics and Instrumentation. Papua New Guinea University of Technolnogy

Basic roles played by Kevin Bomai as an IT Assistant to Yame Wange at PNGCDCS:

  • Provided basic computer and IT support to staff

Civil Engineering Consultant - Martin Nilme

Education: Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering, Papua New Guinea University of Technology.
